Portland Buffalo Solider Chapter..
|

|
This chapter is part of the National
Association of Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club "NABSMC". The Buffalo
Soldiers are a community based motorcycle club whose main goal is to educate the
public in the proud history of the 9th and 10th Calvary. The Club's membership
include men and women who are Veterans and active duty Military, Law Enforcement
officers and firemen, Professionals and positive-thinking members of the community.
We do not claim any area or territory and have 74 chapters through the US and Canada.
You must have a Motorcycle that is 750cc or better and able to do 70mph over and
extended period of time.

Membership Criteria
|
|
All applicants must meet the following criteria in order
to become a member:
|
- Be nominated at a monthly meeting by a member in good standing
- Complete membership application and emergency medical record.
- Be licensed to operate a motorcycle.
- Own or be in the process of purchasing motorcycle of at least 750cc's within 6 months
of acceptance.
- Be available to participate in at least 50% of scheduled monthly meetings and Buffalo
Soldier rides.
- Successfully complete 4 -12 month probationary period.
- Carry a majority vote of acceptance from the general members and a unanimous vote
by the Board of Trustees.
- Agree to abide by both Portland Oregon and the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers
and Troopers Motorcycle Clubs' By-Laws.
