Hello, I am James "DblClick" Smoot III President and founder of the Buffalo
Soldiers Motorcycle Club of Portland Oregon. I would like to personally thank you
for visiting our web site. We hope you find it interesting as well as informative.
The Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club of Oregon is part of an International Organization,
known as the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Club
(NABSTMC).
The purpose of our organization is to promote safe motorcycling and to educate society
regarding the Buffalo Soldiers (specifically the 9th and 10th Cavalry) Regiments
of the U.S. Army, and other African American Solders and their contribution to American
History.
The Club's membership include men and women who are Veterans and active duty
Military, Law Enforcement officers and firemen, Professionals and positive-thinking
members of the community. We do not claim any area or territory and have 74 chapters
through the US and Canada. We participate in many community and charitable events
throughout Portland Oregon as well as other cities and states. Please contact us,
if you would like to help promote the continuing “Legacy” of the Buffalo Soldiers
and ride with a great group and family.
